Coach Leo has coached youth sports in the San Bernardino/ Highland/Redlands area for more than 13 years, with volleyball being 10 of those. He is also the Girls and Boys Volleyball Head Coach at Indian Springs High School in San Bernardino. His Girls won the first two league titles in program history back to back in 2024 and 2025.
